Today's building configuration is very articulated and it is attached to a development overlooking Santa Margherita's street<ref name=lombardiabeniculturali>{{cita web|url=http://www.lombardiabeniculturali.it/architetture/schede/MI100-01264/|titolo=Lombardia Beni Culturali. The only testimony about the original structure (rdateddated back to [[XVI secolo|Cinquecento]] and lost) is the [[Chiesa di Santa Margherita (Brugherio)|cappella di Santa Margherita d'Antiochia]], annex to the building<ref name=luoghi/>. Since [[1869]] the mansion became [[marchese|marchesi]] [[Brivio_(famiglia)|Brivio]]'s property, whosewho it takes name from. In recent years it was bought by [[Brugherio]]'s Commune and restored between [[1994]] and [[1999]]. Now it hosts the mental home ''Le Magnolie''<ref name="lombardiabeniculturali" />.

The homonymous park is annex to Villa Brivio and it is one of the green area of the city.
