Three teams receive two home fixtures in Round Two:
With their first-place finish in Pool A, Auckland have also assured themselves of two home fixtures in Round Two. The first-place finisher in Pool B, now confirmed as Waikato, plus the higher-ranked among the second-place teams in the two pools, will also receive two home fixtures in Round 2, with the remaining three teams receiving only one apiece.

*The higher-ranked of the two second-place teams (Canterbury, which won a tiebreaker by virtue of a better point differential than North Harbour).
The remaining three teams receive only one home fixture apiece.
In Pool A, Auckland have clinched first. North Harbour have clinched second, but cannot win a tiebreaker with either Otago or Canterbury, both of whom have a greater point differential than Harbour.
In Pool B, Waikato have secured first with a bonus-point win over Northland. Otago are in second place, a point behind on 23. However, Canterbury can also reach 23 points by scoring a bonus-point win over Counties Manukau. Canterbury would win a head-to-head tiebreaker with Otago by virtue of their head-to-head win in Week 6.
