In November 2009, the retailer [[Manufactum]] was the first tenant to move into the podium building. The building's anchor tenant, occupying {{convert|31,000|m2|abbr=on}}, is the German headquarters offices of [[Union Bank of Switzerland|Union Bank of Switzerland AG (UBS)]]. As of year-end 2010 the property was reported to be 95 percent rented.
