Have to say , I find this one a tangled enigma too. The band have stated several times , Bun is "officially" still a band member … he's just not touring with them … and during this "official" capacity , hasn't played on the last two studio album releases. ( Not to mention releasing his own solo album in 2016. ). So , what form "official" takes , is really questionable. Is it so he still has a say in the "Cheap Trick" "brand" ? Is it just to avoid a lot of messy legalese ? Hard to call. Maybe he should be listed as a current member , but with an explanatory asterisk?
