::"Symbolic computation" is another name for "Computer algebra". As most (maybe all) computer algebra systems do not use the phrase "computational algebra", there is no reason to redirect to [[Computer algebra system]]. On the other hand, it may be readers who do not make a difference between "computational algebra" and "computer algebra". Thus redirecting there is natural.
