[[WP:TOOSOON]] - concept is only used in publications of the two authors cited in the article (plus a third, Tim Moses, who overwhelmingly appears to co-author with them). No widespread use outside these publications can be found. Indeed, there's a good amount of overlap with use of the term in linguistics, so the name isn't up for grabs.
