===Phase 6 – process evaluation===
This phase is used to evaluate the process by which the program is being implemented. This phase determines whether the program is being implemented according to the protocol, and determines whether the objectives of the program are being met. It also helps identify modifications that may be needed to improve the program. Did you do what you said you were going to do (implement the components)? If your goal is to develop a fundraiser to help family in need, for example, did you develop them? Did you create the fundraiser to assist them? To how many families? Did you develop the fundraiser to the people in your program or for people surrounding your program?
