I can't tell if this is a bug or not...: if you click it, you'll find that it resolves correctly. But you could try exchanging the prefixes

When I try to make an interlanguage, interwiki link, the link works fine, but displays funny when I hover over. I made a working link [[:zh:s:病後雜談之餘]], but when I hover over the link with my mouse, it looks as if it goes to the nonexistent zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/s:病後雜談之餘. I spent some time wondering why the link was going to Chinese wikipedia instead of Chinese wikisource until I clicked on the link and saw it worked. Maybe worth mentioning on this Help page?
