The CREDO project is not limited to [[astrophysical]] research. If we could construct a global network of cosmic ray detectors, geophysical research could also be carried out. The authors of the project want to, for example, verify the hypothesis about the existence of a relationship between changes in the intensity of cosmic rays and earthquakes.
