The Oracle of Time is able to communicate with the [[Guild Navigator|Navigators]] as well as [[Duncan Idaho]], although there seems to be a limit to how far her communications and her [[prescience]] can reach.
Like [[Daniel & Marty|Daniel and Marty]], the Oracle of Time has mystical powers; in one example she transported the [[no-ship]] ''[[Ithaca (Dune)|Ithaca]]'' from an alternate universe back to that of the [[Old Empire (Dune)|Old Empire]], and told Duncan that he has a role to play in [[Kralizec]], the so-called Final Battle. In another example, she called all Navigators to a certain coordinate, and when they arrived in their Guild ships she folded the fabric of space all around them and transported them to the strange universe. There she found the ''Ithaca'', and told the Navigators that [[Kralizec]] was upon them, and they must find the ''Ithaca'' because the ultimate [[Kwisatz Haderach]] was on board, and both sides in the great war wanted him for their victory.<ref>[[Hunters of Dune|Hunters Of Dune]] pg. 175</ref>
At the end of ''Hunters'', it was revealed that the Oracle was actually the still-existing consciousness of [[Norma Cenva]], the inventor of [[Holtzman effect|foldspace travel]] and the first Navigator.
