*'''Oppose''' -- Many of these have "cancelled military projects in foo" and "abandoned military projects in foo" as their only content; and I am not sure what the difference is: the target should be e.g. [[:Category:Cancelled projects in Sweden]]. UK and Sweden also have cancelled engineering projects (which will fit). A few have cancelled elections, referendums, and other events. These need to be purged into a separate category: there are few enough for the target to be a Europe-wide category.
