I've turned off the mapframe in that article with {{para\|mapframe\|no}}, and fixed the code that was loading the sandbox version of the module by mistake (in [[Module:Infobox mapframe]]). The error itself comes from this module not being prepared for the coordinates property on a Wikidata item being set to 'no value'.
