Afrijet Airlines has been licensed by the Nigerian Government to operate scheduled domestic passenger and international services to Malabo, Luanda, Kinshasa, Doula, Accra, Freetown, Conakry, Banjul, Johannesburg, Jeddah, Madrid and Lyon. It has formed strategic alliances with Hewa-Bora Airways of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Air Horizon of Lome for the development of Intra-African routes. The airline also has had a long-standing cargo partnership with MK Airlines and Panalpina with operations to Luxembourg, Ostend and London.
 
The airline has just moved from its offices from Muritala Muhammed International Airport to its corporate headquarters in Opebi, Lagos. It still maintains an aviation maintenance shop with its sister company Elite Aviation, as well as completing a Boeing 757-sized Aircraft maintenance facility at Muritala Muhammed International Airport.
