*'''Support''' I have worked with Tony in a number of areas, not least putting forward some very successful RfA candidates, and I was particularly impressed at the tact and diplomacy he showed when managing {{u|Elisa.rolle}}, who has been blocked several times (since indefinitely and retired). The reasons for the block were backed up with policy, but ultimately this was a good faith editor who tried her best to write and improve the encyclopedia. Tony withstood the yelling from all sides and held his cool, and he was reasonable to consider a shortening of the block. I am confident I will be able to review CU blocks in the same amicable manner.
