*'''Weak Delete''' The article is a mess and while I have found some discussion of this, I don't think it's enough. Oddly however, I think it is possible that man behind this theory may be notable. He is a frequently cited and published expert on the subject of Islamic terrorism. I was somewhat surprised that we don't have an article on him.
