The '''4th Justice and Development Party Ordinary Congress''' was a party convention of the governing Turkish [[Justice and Development Party (Turkey)|Justice and Development Party]] (AKP) that took place on 30 September 2012. The congress mainly centred on the [[Turkey–PKKKurdish–Turkish conflict (1978–present)|Kurdish–Turkish conflict]].

The AKP's founding party leader [[Recep Tayyip Erdoğan]] stood as the only candidate for the party leadership, with 1,489 registered delegates voting in the election. Erdoğan was re-elected as leader with 1,421 votes. The congress was held a year after the AKP's third consecutive landslide victory in the [[Turkish general election, 2011|2011 general election]].
