The <code>from=</code> parameter of the <code>fullurl</code> template should be the first code point in the Unicode block without a singleton canonical decomposition (excluding control characters in the [[Basic Latin (Unicode block)|Basic Latin]] block).
 
It should be padded to four bytes of UTF-8 with null bytes and [[Percent-encoding|URL -encoded]] andwith prefacedfull withstops instead of percent <code>~%0A</code>signs.
