I'd like to be able to add a new "drop-down" menu in the upper-right corner (in vector) (like the "More" and "TW" menus) to be able to quickly:

# Tag, or untag, the article as uncategorized

# Tag, or untag, the article as needing improved categorization

# Tag, or untag, the article as a stub

# Jump to the bottom, to add categories with hot-cat

Install [[User:SD0001/friendlytag.js]] if you want to start using it before it gets incorporated into the Twinkle standard installation.
