The reference "Kenner", which appears to be the primary reference for this article, is not listed anywhere in the article. It's only referred to by the abbreviated name "Kenner". Perhaps there was an earlier citation, which provided the full reference, that was deleted? Can someone who has the full reference please add it?12.107.201.132 (talk) 05:42, 28 September 2016 (UTC)
:It seems to be references to the book "Brent Keeth, R. Jacob Baker, Brian Johnson, Feng Lin. DRAM Circuit Design: Fundamental and High-Speed Topics", because the contents of these pages confirm the statements made in the article. (I do not have this book, I used a preview in Google Books for verification.) Avivanov76 (talk) 20:14, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
::I added this information to the References section. I also added a tag nattering about inconsistent citation style. Perhaps a WP:GNOME will come and help clean this up. ~Kvng (talk) 13:05, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
