I did the same for [[:Category:Wikipedia page with obscure subdivision]]. note that since namespace checking could add overhead, I put the checks inside the various if blocks so the check happens only if the category is to be added. if there were no overhead from checking the namespace, we could reduce the number of checks by a factor of 2.
