In 1976, Willis & Associates was awarded a federal building commission from the General Services Administration (GSA) in [[Washington, D.C.]], representing the [[Internal Revenue Service]] (IRS), and administered by the GSA office in [[Kansas City, Missouri|Kansas City]], [[Missouri]].
