From what I saw, there was an ecclesiastical title of Bishop of Kracow and a civil title of [[Duchy of Siewierz]]. I don't see anything that links the two other than the person of the bishop who held both titles. Indeed the duchy itself was purchased, not awarded by the Emperor.
