Accordingly, this should be named to match the actual ___location of the article. The Balkan country subcategories can keep "pop-folk" if they want on [[WP:ENGVAR]] grounds — but the transnational parent should use the standard terminology, and a couple of the non-Balkan country subcategories should probably be listed for renaming too.
