I just made [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Uw-ublock&diff=prev&oldid=928808401 this edit] to {{tl|Uw-ublock}} to spell out the "Mark at Arcola" provision of user name policy (that a name such as "{person} at {company}" is acceptable, even preffered). To this end I borrowed and modified language from {{tl|Uw-coi-username}} what was already in place.
