The title says frameworks, but there are many libraries in this list as well.
It seems to me some normal libraries have mistakenly added here as frameworks.
Shouldn't
For example, BouncyCastle is certainly a library, pluggable as crypto provider into existing infrastructure, and usable as a library. It does not require code to be adapted to its specific architecture, as frameworks do, or force any techniques upon its user.
