I don't doubt that people use the terms "low code" or "no code", but the way this article describe it, it sounds like a well established phenomenon rather than minor slang. It's corporate buzzword speak, and I'm not at all surprised to see Forrester mentioned here. Maybe they even wrote this article up to make up this "sector". I say this should be deleted.
