It has a lower standard for inclusion than the [[WP:RSP|perennial sources]] list, and thus its listings are only as strong as the consensuses of the discussions that they are cited to.
Sources not included in existing source guides can be brought to [[WP:RSN|the reliable sources noticeboard]] for discussion. However, unless a source is being used for contentious claims, you should try your best to evaluate its reliability yourself.
