The Max Planck Digital Library (MPDL) is a central IT service unit of the [[Max Planck Society]]. The purpose of the MPDL is it to support scientists from all 86<ref>{{Cite web|title=Facts and Figures|url=https://www.mpg.de/facts-and-figures|access-date=2020-07-17|website=www.mpg.de|language=en}}</ref> Max Planck Institutes with various [[research]]-oriented services.
