- 10:2910:29, 27 July 2023 diff hist +2 Murder of Richard Everitt No source corroborates the claim that Miah bragged that HE, personally, had stabbed anyone. Rather sources say Miah bragged that the gang he was part of had stabbed someone.
- 10:0210:02, 27 July 2023 diff hist +2,176 Murder of Richard Everitt Flesh out the story of the campaign for the convicts' release and the story of the alleged juror's note; correct claim that inadmissibility is due to the Contempt of Court Act (the appeal judgement explicitly notes this is not the case and that whether disclosure is an offence is a distinct matter from whether it is admissible); remove claim that Liberty et al claimed the murder was not racist (unsupported by the reference)

- 15:0315:03, 25 July 2023 diff hist −19 Murder of Richard Everitt A past edit changed "chose to attend" to "were placed in". Both are speculative; I've settled for "attended". More seriously, the Wikipedia article's assertion that schools were de facto segregated is contradicted by other facts in the article & sources (e.g. white Richard Everitt attended a 50% Bengali school) and solely based on an article where some white teens in an Asian-hunting gang say they wouldn't attend a school because it has "too many Pakis". Not sufficient; I'm removing the claim.
- 14:5214:52, 25 July 2023 diff hist +6 Murder of Richard Everitt Revert another change from https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Murder_of_Richard_Everitt&diff=1147260518&oldid=1147259998. This change was literally falsifying the headline of a referenced source.
- 14:5114:51, 25 July 2023 diff hist +53 Murder of Richard Everitt Restore details removed in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Murder_of_Richard_Everitt&diff=1147260518&oldid=1147259998 that are straightforwardly corroborated by the referenced source. The change being reverted made this section an ungrammatical run-on sentence as well as making it unclear that the "worst housing" lived in by Bengalis was NOT the "newer estates" many whites had moved to.
- 14:4514:45, 25 July 2023 diff hist +261 m Murder of Richard Everitt Fix wrong cite for the claim being made.
- 14:3214:32, 25 July 2023 diff hist +9 m Murder of Richard Everitt clarify the passage I just restored
- 14:3014:30, 25 July 2023 diff hist +128 Murder of Richard Everitt PARTIALLY revert removal of passage by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/2A00:23EE:1070:122C:ACC8:3D6E:4362:883B. That whites complained of phony Bengali hate crime reports is corroborated by the reference. The point about the racial element of attacks on whites being ignored by police seems to be the view of ONE 14-year-old white gangster interviewed by the Independent while out hunting for Asians, though, so probably shouldn't be more broadly attributed to "whites".

- 13:4013:40, 25 July 2023 diff hist +556 Murder of Richard Everitt Add a further quote about the character of the victim
- 12:5312:53, 25 July 2023 diff hist +18 Murder of Richard Everitt Undid revision 1147260759 by 2A00:23EE:1070:122C:ACC8:3D6E:4362:883B (talk). There was no incitement of hatred here, and the races of those involved is directly relevant. The edit being reverted falsifies a direct quote from the court of appeal judgement & applies a double standard to racial language, keeping the phrase "white gangs" but treating "Asian gang" as hateful. - 11:0711:07, 25 July 2023 diff hist +5 Köten I think I butchered the intended meaning here in a previous edit; this restores it.
- 11:0111:01, 25 July 2023 diff hist −68 Murder of Richard Everitt Remove claim that Abdul Hai was represented by Helena Kennedy. This is not corroborated by the immediately following cite (which does not mention her at all, but in fact substantiates the prior sentence about Abdul being acquitted at the direction of the judge). Nor can I find any other source corroborating this fact after much googling. Even if I could, it's not obvious why it is worth mentioning the lawyer of one party to the case and not any of the others.

- 20:3320:33, 27 November 2022 diff hist −1 Köten I think this is what the prose here was intended to mean? Was weird before; stated as outright fact that they lived along the Volga, then said this was argued by some historians, then presented competing theories. I assume the initial statement about living along the Volga wasn't meant to be so unequivocal?
- 19:3319:33, 27 November 2022 diff hist −4 Köten Wrong Timothy May. The Wikipedia article is about Timothy C. May, a programmer and libertarian activist who worked for Intel and has been dead for 4 years. The book's author - Timothy May, PhD - is a professor of Eurasian history who works for the University of North Georgia, and is, as best I can tell, alive - or at least, he was active on Twitter no more than 20 days ago, per https://twitter.com/Prof_TimothyMay/likes. I am pretty certain these are different people!

The previous citation did not contain any mention of the term "sparse suffix array" at all. - 20:1420:14, 5 May 2021 diff hist −332 Burrows–Wheeler transform Removed reference to the inadequacy of standard library sorting functions. This sentence was originally meant to allude to the ability to do the "sorting" here in linear time by exploiting the relationship between the BWT and the suffix array, as indicated by the revision description at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Burrows%E2%80%93Wheeler_transform&oldid=186184455. But that point is now clearly stated in the paragraph that follows, so this vague allusion is now just confusing.
