Samuel Worthington (born 2 August 1976) is an actor from Perth, Australia. He won a scholarship to the John Curtin School of Performing Arts in Fremantle, WA. He graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1998.
He is slated to play Jack Sully, the lead role in James Cameron's upcoming film Avatar. he is a romantic and enjoys long walks on the beach
