3rd Air Support Command

The III Air Support Command was a United States Army Air Forces formation. It was assigned to Third Air Force throughout its existence.[1][2] It was stationed at Savannah Army Air Base, GA., and then Drew Field, Florida. It was inactivated on 16 March 1942.
