Biografia
Tobias Sammet (nato il 21 novembre del 1977 a Fulda in Germania) è il cantante, nonché principale songwriter, del gruppo power metal tedesco Edguy. È anche l'autore della Metal Opera Avantasia.
Fino all'entrata di Tobias Exxel nel disco Vain Glory Opera suonava anche la parte del basso elettrico utilizzando una tastiera.
