The Carpatho-Rusyn Society (C-RS) is an American nonprofit organization promoting Rusyn culture in the United States as well in the homeland in east Central Europe.
Established in 1994 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, C-RS has over 1,700 members worldwide. John Righetti has been its president and spokesman since its inception. The group's flagship publication is ''The New Rusyn Times''.
Since 1998, C-RS and The Andy Warhol Museum have presented an annual Carpatho-Rusyn event. It celebrates Rusyn culture along side the art of Andy Warhol, one of the most influential 20th century American artists and himself of Carpatho-Rusyn descent.
C-RS in 2004 purchased the historic former Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Munhall, Pennsylvania to convert it into the nation's first National Carpatho-Rusyn Cultural Center.
