For the first one:

OCLC 6593120 exists within the Big Ten Academic Alliance, so I can request pp. 155-163 of vol. 4 of it now if you'd like.
In a couple of weeks, when demand for interlibrary loans is low, I can see if my university can get a scan of https://searcharchives.ucalgary.ca/entwicklung-und-zusammenbruch-der-strukturen-des-dauerfrostbodens.

For the second one: OCLC 461784481 exists within the Big Ten Academic Alliance, so I've requested an interlibrary loan for p. 288.
