No, as of right now. However if this show follows Dekaranger's story. Then Anubis will be a retired Ranger (but who hasn't been shown except off screen) who is brought back into action.
Also this page was wrong about several things, and I corrected them. I changed the positions of the Pink and Yellow rangers (Who have changed since the press release. Changed Syd's, Z's, Jack's, and Sky's last name. And added the actor of Sky Tate. I'll be doing a summary of Jack Landors, Red SPD Ranger of what is known for now. That's all I'll be doing.
