Reputation
Clarke is often refered to as a very well off and rich student population. But in fact a majority of the student population are stupid Hick-Rednecks, who are either dating or married to there first cousin or sibling.

Controversy
School has reportedly payed in upwards of 3 million dollars to build "trailers" to house the extra students. These trailers are air conditioned, relatively nice trailers but have caused controversy because no parent was notified that their children were going to be taught inside of a trailer. The parents brought up this fact at a rent PTA meeting and asked why the school was just not added onto and brought up alleged kick backs school officials had received from the trailer company responsible for building them. The school board was unable to provide an answer and a fight broke out which resulted in the arrest of 4 parents and school official. The school official has not been fired. Drop out rates have increased exponentially, due to the social stigma of being the only trailer park school in the country.
