James Henry Dalziel, 1st Baron Dalziel of Kirkcaldy (1868 – 15 July 1935) was a Liberal British politician and supporter of David Lloyd George. Originally a journalist, he became Member of Parliament (MP) for Kirkcaldy in 1892. He was also an outspoken advocate of home rule for Scotland, Ireland and Wales. He was created Baron Dalziel of Kirkcaldy in 1921, and this became extinct upon his death.
