Aaron Green who has an online name of Green Giant put an IP unblock for me in a global manner, but I am still blocked on Wikipedia. I think it may be called an IP excusion. I am thinking that the stewards may be able to help more than the Wikipedia representatives because Aaron helped me before and Aaron is a steward.

I am also confused because I made two unblock tickets here even though I only meant to create one so if somebody could help I would be grateful for that. The page is at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Jim_Doen

Editor_D.S asked on my talk page to help with some translation project but I am not asking about that.
