Garafía is a municipality in the Canary Islands in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It is situated on the northern coast of the island of La Palma. The capital of the municipality is Santo Domingo. Other important towns are Las Tricias, Juan Adalid, Don Pedro, La Mata, San Antonio del Monte and Franceses. The postcode is 38787.

The municipality has an area of 102.99 km² and 2,002 inhabitants.
