This is useful for performing tests using tools such as Twinkle, which will only issue a user warning on a user's page.
Note — this account was created by Mandarax (talk · contribs · count · api · block log) because I saw a need for an account where anybody could test warnings on a user talk page. This account is not used for any other purpose. Any communication pertaining to this account should be posted to User talk:Mandarax, as the talk page for this account is not monitored by me, is generally filled with test edits, and may be reset periodically.
