Blue Mountain is a ski resort on the south shore of Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. The resort is the largest ski area in Ontario, with a vertical drop of 220 m (720 feet) and 34 trails.

Founded by Jozo Weider in 1941, 50% of the resort is now owned by Intrawest corporation which also owns Mont Tremblant in Quebec and Whistler-Blackcomb in British Columbia. The other 50% of the resort is owned by the Weider family members (Canning, Weider, McGillivray, Marik). Gordon Canning is the President of the family's share of the Resort.

Several 6-person chairlifts have been recently built. In addition a pedestrian village, similar to what is found at Tremblant and Whistler-Blackcomb is under construction.
