2nd Canadian Parliament

Thanks for fixing my stupid typo on the session year, but you didn't have to also change the ones digit of the year, the second session of the second Parliament in fact only lasted from October 23 to November 7, 1873. I'm using www.parl.gc.ca to check miscellaneous facts about the parliaments and prime ministers, and I'm pretty sure their numbers are right. Happy editing.
