WrestleMania IV was the fourth annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view event from the World Wrestling Federation. It took place in the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, New Jersey on March 27, 1988, with an attendance of 14,000.

The event featured, among other things, a Tournament for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship which was vacated after a controversal match between Hulk Hogan and André the Giant.

Brown and Hart cooperated to eliminate Junkyard Dog. Brown then went to eliminate Hart to win the battle royal. (9.43)

Tournament First Round: Ted DiBiase (w/Virgil and André the Giant) vs. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan

DiBiase pinned Duggan following a Fist Drop. (5.01)

Tournament First Round: Don Muraco (w/"Superstar" Billy Graham) vs. Dino Bravo (w/ Frenchy Martin)

Bravo was disqualified for manhandling the referee. (4.58)

Valentine pinned Steamboat with a roll-through on a Flying Crossbody (9.08)

Tournament First Round: "Macho Man" Randy Savage (w/Miss Elizabeth) vs. Butch Reed

Savage pinned Reed following a Flying Elbow Drop. (4.08)

Tournament First Round: One Man Gang (w/Slick) vs. Bam Bam Bigelow (w/ Sir Oliver Humperdink)

Bigelow was counted out, giving One Man Gang the win. (2.59)

DiBiase pinned Muraco following a Hot Shot. (5.40)
