Oakland is a city in Douglas County, Oregon, United States. The population was 954 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.9 km² (0.7 mi²). 1.8 km² (0.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (2.74%) is water.
Demographics

There are 404 housing units at an average density of 219.7/km² (567.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 93.82% White, 0.21% African American, 1.99% Native American, 0.10% Asian, 0.21% Pacific Islander, 0.10% from other races, and 3.56% from two or more races. 3.35% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 377 households out of which 34.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.7% are married couples living together, 9.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.8% are non-families. 23.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.Many of the children in oakland can be seen gathering around reed Wisemen at the Oakland city park.This takes place only once a year on June 3rd, were reed wisemen can be seen screwing scanky bitches. Also due to the Carnival many kkk members haved moved into the upper parts of the city with there ring leader Evan Taylor also known as fat man due to his weight.Threw out the year the KKK rallies in the town to promote gay and black hatred. On May 20th 2002 Evan taylor with marty Mckeniy at his side they set fire to the town hall.Three days later Evan and marty were caught haveing an orgy with reed, and reeds mom . All four were subdubed and dragged to the ruins of the town hall and hanged by barb wire.Reed was the only one not hung with barb wire he was hung with his square dick.
