Martin Pedersen (born October 10, 1983) is a Danish professional footballer. He has earned 27 caps for the Danish U/21 national football team and in May 2006 he was selected for the Danish under-21 squad for the UEFA U-21 Championship 2006.

At age 21, he had already played 51 matches in the best Danish league, the Superliga, for his childhood club AaB. Struggling to capture a first team spot in competition with Allan K. Jepsen, he was put on loan with Superliga relegation battlers SønderjyskE for the 2005/2006 season.
