Il titolo è preso dal libro per bambini "The Story of Ferdinand" di Munro Leaf[1]. La copertina, un camion coperto dalla neve, è un riferimento all'incidente capitato alla band in viaggio per New York per girare il video di Grand Theft Autumn/Where Is Your Boy? (dall'album precedente Take This to Your Grave). L'edizione limitata raffigura invece la vera foto dell'incidente.
