Leftover effluvia from a failed policy proposal. This is being used in lieu of discussion on WP:AFD, which subverts the fact that AFD is not a vote.

Incidentally, I deleted this (probably shouldn't have, but oh well) and redirected the redlink and nobody noticed for two days.   • Delete per nom. Citing this failed policy, as AMIB has said, has become pretty rife in AFD. I'm not sure if this will change any of that, but optimism never hurt anyone. --Kuzaar-T-C- 18:36, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
