Gareth Jones (born in 1961 in St Asaph, Wales) is a Welsh television reporter and celebrity. He is also a noted Welsh language (Cymraeg) speaker.

When he began his career in 1979, he used the name Gaz Top.

He currently lives in north London with his on-screen/off-screen partner, Violet Berlin, and their 2 children.
