Every year HM Queen Elizabeth II makes a Christmas Message to the United Kingdom and the Commomwealth. It is broadcast in the UK at 3pm GMT. In 2004, in a break from tradition, Her Majesty also made a radio broadcast to the UK troops, which was broadcast on the British Forces Broadcasting Service.
