AMDgpu (Linux kernel module)

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 174.57.216.165 (talk) at 01:47, 20 May 2019 (It's generally not recommended to use AMDGPU-PRO over mesa, and mesa beats it in large majority of benchmarks too. Saying it's "better" is arguably not true and could mislead users into not understanding that they're already using mesa and don't need to manually install drivers.). AMDGPU is AMD's fully open source unified graphics driver for Linux.[3][4] AMDGPU only officially supports cards built upon GCN 1.2 or higher, support for previous cards is experimental and may be enabled by a kernel parameter.[5][6]
